Advising Appointments and On-Call Advising
New MSW students must complete Canvas academic advising orientation prior to having their registration hold cleared.
The advising team practices a team-based approach. Students are not assigned to one advisor. For appointment options, please use this link. Appointments are available Mon., Tues., Wed., Fri. from 9:00-11:30 am and 1:30-4:00 pm (AZ Time)
Academic advising appointments are available for students who have been admitted into the MSW program and have registered for their first semester of classes. Please note Arizona State University and the School of Social Work use Mountain Standard Time (MST) when scheduling appointments.
On-Call Schedule
Students can call the SSW front desk (602-496-0800) Monday-Friday and be connected to an advisor for help with quick questions, ~10 minutes (this has replaced express advising).
Between appointments, students are encouraged to email us with questions:
[email protected] for online MSW students
[email protected] for immersion MSW students
[email protected] for Tucson MSW students
