Licensure Preparation
Transcript Request
Click on the link below (you need to be signed into your MyASU) to request official transcripts be sent to you or any other recipient. If you are needing for the transcript to reflect a conferred degree, we recommend you downloading a copy of your unofficial transcript to see if your degree has posted. Questions or concerns about the process should go to [email protected].
Syllabi Request
While you still have access to your previous coursework’s Canvas courses, we recommend you return to them and download all the syllabi and save them (as pdf’s) in a folder you will maintain access to after graduation. There are some states that, when applying for licensure, may request syllabi from your courses. We keep master copies from courses and the Course Catalog Search will only provide descriptions, as will we in some instances. Therefore, you may want copies of these courses for your own records.
Practicum Verification Letter
- Verification of Practicum:
- If you are needing a verification of the practicum completion but not an explanation of what was done during your internship, then send the request to [email protected].
- Verification of Practicum actions:
- It is recommended you ask your site supervisor for a letter of practicum completion. ASU will always be able to verify that your practicum was completed but we will not be able to provide details as to the quality and services completed during that time. While it's "fresh", we recommend asking your site(s) for letters speaking to your accomplishments and quality of services.
