The DCS part-time MSW program is available to qualifying DCS employees. To apply for this program, you must first be selected by DCS as a qualified employee and be referred by DCS to apply to the CWEP.
To be accepted into the DCS part-time CWEP, you must be admitted to the MSW program. Admittance requirements include: having a 3.0 Jr./Sr. GPA in your undergraduate course work or in other graduate course work and having positive letters of reference. If you do not have a 3.0 GPA, you may take up to two courses as a non-degree seeking student in the MSW program and have the GPA from those courses be used as your GPA requirement. You would need to complete these courses and pay for them on your own prior to applying to the CWEP and MSW program/Graduate College. Title IV-E funds will not be used to pay for courses as a non-degree seeking student.
If you have been selected by DCS and referred by DCS to apply to CWEP, please follow the instructions below to apply both to the CWEP and to the MSW Program/Graduate College.
