In order to facilitate engagement between ASU students and local community organizations, ASU’s School of Social Work, Office of Global Social Work hosts the first MSW PAC Conference. This event is designed to serve as a platform for students to share their solutions on community issues and to promote Policy, Administration, and Community (PAC) Concentration in the MSW program. The project collaborates and engages the School of Social Work PAC committee, the students, local community organizations, and the Arizona NASW chapter to provide students with this exciting opportunity. The conference will be hosted on April 30th, 2018. The PAC conference allows MSW PAC students an opportunity to show-case the varied projects they completed during their PAC concentration year internship. Additionally, it created a space where local community organizations, non-profits, and professional associations could network with social work students and alumni. This PAC conference will inaugurate an annual event sponsored by the Office of Global Social Work.
