Keoleuthsamay (Keo) Thammalangsy
Director of RICO, Social Enterprise and Senior Communications Advisor to Phu Bia Mining
Keoleuthsamay Thammalangsy (Keo) completed his masters of social work (MSW) from Arizona State University in 2014 under a Fulbright scholarship. He currently serves as managing director of RICO social enterprise and senior communications advisor to Phu Bia Mining in Vientiane, Laos. In 2016, he started a project called "Factory Women Empowerment with Computer Classes" that provided free evening computer classes to Lao female factory workers. In addition to his official roles, he also supports the Lao Disabled Women's Development Center with free consultation on writing a grant proposal. Prior to 2010, he received an Australian Development Scholarship to finish his bachelor of social work (BSW) at the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia.
