ASU’s School of Social Work - Office of Global Social Work has partnered with Catholic Charities and their Unaccompanied Minor Program. This collaboration produced a volunteer-based Youth Mentorship Program to assist transition aged youth who are exiting foster care and emerging into adulthood. This partnership sets out to match youth with passionate and devoted volunteers that provide friendship, encouragement, and support while these adolescents embark on countless life transitions, building long lasting bonds that extend throughout the youth’s life.
