An event sponsored by Dr. José Ashford of the ASU School of Social Work and Katie Puzauskas of the ASU College of Law as part of their course on problem-solving justice at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law

Chief Justice Bales will discuss the formation of the Arizona Supreme Court’s Fair Justice Task Force, the issues identified by the Task Force, and the recommendations made by the Task Force. In addition, Justice Bales will discuss how problem-solving principles can play a role in implementing the recommendations of the Task Force.

Judge Taylor will discuss how the City of Phoenix is responding to the initiative and principles of problem-solving justice.
